OK, I've decided, since the Oxford monopoly is a bit crap in my opinion to make my own Oxford University monopoly. Yes - you too can charge huge rents for living in St Johns :) I've decided on colleges for streets (duh), and libraries for stations. Here is my first suggestion for layout - what do you reckon?

The Turf and the Bird and Baby would be better placed as the utilities.

I hadn't thought of using pubs (probably cos they're not part of the university proper). I think I see them more as stations though - maybe the Turf, Angel and Greyhound, Eagle and Child, the Bear? And then you could have just the Bodlian and the Radcliffe libraries as the utilities.

Other possibilities for four things: the four parish churches, the four park & ride stations.





For the utilities, there's also the possibility of G&D's and Peppers :-)
