There's a letter taped to the middle window of the ladies toilets. To Vic Ruskin from Ann Webber (Cafcass) it says on the envelope. Cafecass are the office on the first floor - the same floor as the ladies. I just can't imagine a situation in which that would be the easiest way to get a letter to someone. The tempation to open it was huge, but I decided to resist.

The old fellow at 16 West Street forwards any mail mis-sent to him to me, even though it is never for me either: today it was to tell me something about someone's Subaru. I'm about to walk down West Street and tuck it under the windscreen wiper of any Subaru I see in the hope it gets to the right person.

Aren't CAFCASS the family court people? The ones who mean that your doors have to be kept locked in case aggrieved estranged spouses start attacking people?

I'd leave well alone. And also maybe tell someone at CAFCASS.
