As you may have gathered from the above, I hate winter. It's cold and dark and there's germs everywhere. I went and got some ginseng at lunch time. It says on the packet that it energises you as well as pepping up your immune system. Sounds like just what I need. I ended up leaving work early after realising that I'd been staring at my screen for 10mins and had no idea what was on it. Fortunatly my boss had already left early so I could just get up and go.

Going out to see a play with Alex tonight - The Theft of Sita. Could be good but the blurb suggests that it might be a bit worthy. We'll see. Watch this space.

You need time release Vitamin C. (It has to be time release or your body just flushes out what it doesn't need that instant.) Takes a few weeks to kick in but really boosts the immune system.
