So, the DJ set happened and it was good. It was pretty damn good in fact. Alex played tunes from 6:30 to 11:30 in the end and we had slightly too much alcohol. The tunes were all good - I think he played nearly everything he'd brought with him - and he got lots of compliments and people wandering over and asking for stuff (and the right sort of stuff too). And he looked so happy :) Richard, the guy who's birthday it was, got very very drunk indeed but it does look like there might be Trashy DJing in the near future :)

This is a very nifty reply page. and i wonder if it does threading right.

Did you know that in IE, most S2 styles don't show threading until 2 or 3 levels deep? It works fine in opera, but in IE, it suxxors majorly.

The icon for your previous comment rocks! S2 is great, isn't it :) Most of my friends think that I'm a strange person, but I think it's my favourite thing to happen on LJ since I got here. It just resolves so many of the frustrations I had with S1.

The threading doesn't look too bad in IE6/Win apart from a little problem with CSS and the occasional top level comment where it doesn't fully draw the box which I haven't quite worked out yet. I'll figure it out one day though.
