Yes, and most traders are drug-addled egoists, whose cleverness in some areas comes at grave expense in others. Frankly, I don't know that I want those I've met, as friends.

Sounds about right to me - my segment of the City has elements in common, and I've seen, and indeed perpetrated, most of those behaviours.
