I thought this was going to be another one of those articles saying "oh god, technology is making young people grow up stupid!", but no, it actually takes a more balanced point of view by the end - New dogs and old tricks

Of course, the sad thing is that much of new technology is only enabiling ignorance. Consider the typical American fast food experience - the cashier's interface tends not to be numerical at all...instead are meal-specific buttons.
