Note to self: Going out drinking when you have a proto-cold will accelerate it into a full cold. Am back at work today but still v. sniffly. Still, a good time was, I think, had by all.
Heh... there's a lot of that going around these days. Then again, it is that time of year. ;)
Eh... drinking and having a good time probably didn't exacerbate that proto-cold... unless, of course, the pub you went to allowed smoking. I've found that the easiest way to accelerate a cold is to be around respiratory irritants (smoke, perfume, etc.) or to let yourself get out of breath from running or too much physical activity. Otherwise, if a cold is going to develop, there's not much you can really do to stop it without putting your life on hold. =P
