The first one sounds like they're not getting any SB pictures to show at all - is that right? If so, it's probably their firewall causing it.
I've never heard anything like the second one so nothing springs to mind. Might be their monitor size? I know expressive is pretty fixed width.
Not sure about wrapping the titles - I'll look into it for you though.
