Alex and I not only bought tennis racquets yesterday but after dinner actually went out and played some tennis! I could hardly believe it. Definitely not a set of tennis, but still, a fun knockabout. We were noticeably better by the end than the start but given that neither of us have touched a racquet for years that was hardly surprising. We had planned to do it before dinner, but the weather did not permit so I'm quite pleased that we did get ourselves up off the couch after we'd eaten (and digested, don't worry) and make use of the remaining light. Who knows, perhaps we'll keep it up...

actually we dropped them off at your house last night - stuck them through the letterbox in a big brown padded envelope. Did you get them?
