I am so unbelievably tired right now and busy with limited net access for the next two weeks, so I'm not the most helpful admin atm. But if you have limited time, it's often nice to focus on a small number of categories that really need the help. Which would pretty much be any of the categories except gunk, right now. Gunk can use help too, but it has more volunteers than most. Clients is a good place, styles too. I know I see their admins talking about how they want more people. Sharking is also good. We can always use people who take care of the really hard stuff.
And you are noticed. We're just too lazy generally to do things like say thank you. But thank you for helping out. :)
Other admins will probably be more helpful though - and more awake.
(I would have been on my flight already if it hadn't been foggy last night backing everything up and so I've been awake for too long.)
