Huh? I was in town at the time you made that post, and it was raining not snowing! My parents texted me this morning to say that it was snowing with them, but again, it's just raining here!
It did look a bit like rain, but if you looked carefully you could see that it was large loose snowflakes. And of course it didn't lay even a little bit because everything was already wet.
