I've seen all of those apart from Braindead (and I don't really want to see that). I agree that 28 Days Later is the best, in my opinion by a reasonable margin.
I also think the original Night... is really good, though, and not just 'by the standards of the time'. I actually thought it held up really well compared to modern films, primarily because it was so unflinching. Love that ending. ;)
