Disney are not blocking distribution of Fahrenheit 911; they are simply not distributing it. They said they would not right at the start, and it's not really news to bring this up right now, because nothing has changed. Except, of course, it's going to Cannes right now, and publicity about censorship must look good to Michael Moore.
This isn't to say that Disney's reasons for not distributing it are good, but the film can still be distributed by someone else, and probably will. Miramax will just have to split the profits.
It's interesting that you put a balanced view on the second argument, where your principles and your opinion differ, but not on the first where they coincide. Disney stated reason for not distributing sound perfectly valid, and in a way I agree with them, but the accusations of tax cuts sound awfully more likely.
