When OCC has clients over to lunch the leftovers (buffet style stuff) go in the kitchen for employees to hoover up. Lunches from St Aldates church hall are particularly nice and there are generally lots of leftovers. Such a feast was left out yesterday - mini quiches, roast chicken bits, sausage oive and pepper salad, bread, ordinary salad and so on. And I managed not to eat anything except some of the green beans out of the salad. I was so pleased with myself - normally I end up helping myself to stuff every time I go for a cup of tea.

To cap it off, this morning there's a bowl of celebrations out - I think Diane got them at the trade show - and I haven't eaten a single one.

They're chocolates - tiny individually wrapped versions of Mars bars and Bounty bars and so on. Very tempting :)
