I seem to be suddenly suffering a case of creative block right now. I've got lots of ideas that I want to do for my website and lots of plans for my own and others advancement in Support but I just can't quite seem to summon up the enthusiasm or energy to put them into practice right now. It doesn't seem to have affected my social energies, just the creative. Fortunatly, this coincides with my enforced absence from these servers for my birthday visit to my parents. I'm going to leave my computer behind and I think I probably won't log on here at all (although I may possibly feel the need to Treo in an entry after Nans funeral on Wednesday).

In the social sphere, the party on Saturday was very good indeed. Not too crowded, but a nice crowd. Nice drink, snack food, no worries about neighbours, good conversation, all the things which a good evening in make. And thanks very much again to [livejournal.com profile] shepline for my lovely photograph. A good time was had by all, I believe - it was certainly had by me.

I would also like to point out that Alex is the most wonderful boyfriend in the whole world and I love him to bits.

I recall I was going to do this but I'm foggy on details (quelle surprise).

Please instruct me in care of tiny cats.

Good point.

On the worktop in the kitchen above the drinks cupboard is a tupperware box containing cat food. Inside it is also a measuring cup with about a trillion different measures on. The measure you want is the normal adult catfood one (I *think* it's colour coded yellow - I'll leave you a note on the box to confirm) rather than any of the special diet ones. I give her 75g per day spread over 3 meals, but feel free to just pop over and give her it all in one go - she can pace herself fine. Other than that, keep an eye on her waterbowl and give her a bit of good natured teasing and she'll be fine :) I'll give you a set of keys on Tuesday.

Thanks a million :)
