Brown Owl

Well, I decided to take the plunge last night and went over the the District meeting for the West Oxford district. I seem to have agreed to run a Brownie pack on Abingdon road which was othewise about to close! I'll get lots of help/support while I'm training for my warrent, but still, it's a bit scary as well as exciting. I'm going to meet the parents in a week or so and then I guess we'll start term - yikes! I think I'm going to have to start writing down all the bits of games and songs I remember to do with them. Aparently, the owl names are not required these days, but I quite like the idea of being Brown Owl.
