Hmm. I think I need to clear down my communities page a little more - I nearly missed this. Yes, no longer do you have to ever visit Slashdot etc - just add slashdot to your friends to get the RSS feed - pretty neat hey? Which of course will clutter my friends up even more! Oh well.

One major disadvantage of being really interested in my job seems to be that I'm neglecting my journal :) I always say to myself "I'll write at the end of the day" and then by the time I've finished faffing around with connections and forms and so on I look up and discover it's about 5:30 and I zoom home to feed myself before heading off to some bit of my hectic social life. I think Sunday is going to be my only evening in this week as well as last week! Hopefully I'll make it to see Spiderman tomorrow and I'm going to a gig tonight (recommendation of Alex). Eventually I'm going to have to think about how I can scale this stuff back because it does leave one feeling rather rushed but for now I'm just enjoying the hectic whirl and the fact that I'm *still* less tired than after commuting.
