Seems unlikely :) Currently, the whole form is just an object called Reply Form (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/advanced/layerbrowse.bml?id=core1#class.ReplyForm) which just has print method you can call in the page where you want the form to go. Of course, if I was careful I could write my own form which looked exactly the same (except that you can't detect who the logged in user *is* so you wouldn't be able to do that bit). Unless <form> is stripped by the HTML cleaner.
