Well, a busy weekend. After lunch with Paul, Sonia, Rowland and George we mounted an exhibition to Ballroom for Paul to buy a tux for my birthday party and for us girls to have fun trying things on. Of course it never stops there and I bought a beautiful greeny/gold dress (in the sale, so that's OK :) ) to wear. Saturday evening was mine and Rachel's birthday party, a high society affair with cocktails and formal wear. I think there should be more formal wear parties. Apart from my psycho neighbour turning up again after a long absence to complain about the noise at 10:30 on a Saturday evening (!), me getting chilli in my eye from cocktail preparation and managing to rip the stitching on my new dress while I was trying to give myself an eyebath (easily fixable, fortunately), a lovely time was had by all. Although I didn't manage to get rid of very many bottles - oh well :) I did get some lovely pressies though.
Sunday was role-playing, as per usual. Once again we are victorious, although I nearly got my brain sucked out which would have been shame!
