Mum and I were discussing how I tend to be bad at getting things done without having a definite and fixed goal to aim for. Not fixed by me, but fixed externally (I'd been watching Faking it and decided that if I had a challenge like that I might actually get on and do some exercise). We discussed this for a while and she decided to give me a challenge. If I can loose 2 stone by my birthday I'll get dinner at Adelards (a VERY nice restaurant in Norwich) from my parents. If I loose 1 stone, dinner at Yetmans (a VERY nice restaurant in Holt). I'm not sure it'll work because one of the aspects of faking it which I think would spur me on is the public nature of it but it's worth a try! I weighted myself last night and I'm 12 stone. Wish me luck!
