I've decided now that I've got my tea and wine habits under control I'm going to experiment with cutting out gluten for a short while as I show several of the symptoms mentioned in the nutrition books for gluten build-up. Unlike the tea/wine thing I don't plan to do this long term, although if it works I might cut down in the long term. We'll just have to see how I get on with the substitutes I've got for sandwiches..
