Can I just say "yay for the NHS"? Someone on my friends page linked to Project Erin today, in which a woman with 2 severe neurological conditions tries to raise money for surgery by getting people to download a text file (it's a rewards programme thing). I tried the download, and it's clean so I figure I'll stick it on my morning start up of my computer routine.
