Suddenly there seems to be a shortage of collapsible crates in London. All the Robert Dyas' are out of stock as is Finchley road Homebase and I can't really get to any of the others very easily what with not having a car and stuff. I can't think who else would stock them really. I'll have to get my housemate to give me a lift out to B and Q tonight or tomorrow. And that'll probably be tomorrow cos she's got Navy tonight. Bum. Still, I can get on with some of the other packing and stuff so I'm sure I'll manage to keep myself busy.
I am going to see my Nan tonight after work, which will be quite nice. I have quite enjoyed living so close to her because I can just pop round for a cup of tea every now and then and don't feel that I have to stay for ages or anything. She's giving me some money for a TV in lieu of the car they were going to give me which is quite nice. I should be able to get a nice largish one and a video recorder with some of my own money so that I'm fully equipped to watch Buffy. Yay. I might even get cable so that I can watch the new Buffy when I want to.
Work is actually going quite well today. I slept much better last night and, as a result I actually feel quite energetic (after a slow start) for the first time in a while. I have finally fixed Microsoft Project Central which is a relief. It still doesn't work but I think that's now because we don't really know how to use it rather than it being broken meaning its not my problem any more. Hooray!
