Those are all interesting links, thanks for posting them.

It's an area that I've been trying various fixes for over the past year, but from a slightly different angle to you - carb craving/serotonin levels/blood sugar levels are all linked in with migraines. Migraine preventers typically work on serotonin levels and are absolutely *evil* for diets - I put two stone on in two months because of them and still felt starving the entire time!
