I think thought that I would want to give myself the opportunity to experience the best of some of my favourite things. I'm a big foodie, so that's what springs to mind as a special pleasure - dinner at somewhere really special, like Le Manoir Quatre Saison or something. I might not get indigestion but the debts would mount pretty quick.
