I have those same Sony headphones; I think they're excellent. I have been known to wear them for almost the entirety of a transatlantic flight before now, and where previous sponge pairs have left my ears feeling distinctly funny, this pair has never become uncomfortable.
However, I have no idea whether they'd stand up to jogging. :)
