Cassie wasn't able to start her injections yesterday in the end. The plan is that we'll be injecting her with a little of what she's allergic to regularly in the hope that her immune system will get used to it and stop attacking her. Unfortunatly, her allergy seems to be pretty bad at the moment so she's having 3 weeks of steroids to calm it down before we start pumping it up again. Poor love... Still, the injecting itself didn't look to be too hard - it's just in the loose skin around her shoulders and shouldn't be very painful.
In more bad news, my grandad has gone into hospital today. Mum wasn't really sure how bad it was - apparently he'd had a fall - so after my meeting in London this afternoon I'm popping in for a quick visit. Ah, what fun.
