Which well known novel was this new tech/service inspired by? Honest, it's easy. I'm definitely going to have to check it out when I've got broadband.

Arggg!

So the plumber came round this afternoon to try to fix the hot water. Except that it turns out that the new part didn't come with new washers and when he tried to fit it with the old washers they didn't work. So now as well as the hot water not working, the heating doesn't work.
