Treating myself

Well, I've been and gone and done it :) I've bought myself a Treo 180g. I realise that this makes me a reckless spendthrift (well, that's the undertone in Mum's voice anyway) but it's tiny, it's neat, it does absolutely everything (well, it won't surf the web for about a week while I switch providers) and I love it :) I am such a gadget freak. I'm not really sure how much I'll use the internet access (apart, of course, from posting my thoughts to here from anywhere!) although it will be handy for all those little things like train times and remembering the name of that guy in that movie and so on. What I really like about it is the fact that finally all my contacts, phone numbers, etc are in one place and that place is a tiny place which fits in my pocket. And I can SMS without having to try to write English using only 9 keys :)

Working well

Suddenly realised a really good thing about this job. When I'm making work related posts (as yesterday with the electric shocks for example), I use the webdesigner icon, not the Alice (from dilbert) icon. This job is cool techy, not dilbert techy :)
