Which is interesting because I was thinking from the questions that it would be more or less random for me as they didn't really seem to fit but that seems about right (which of course doesn't mean that it wasn't)

• Add code to the journal and friends pages to deal with the case of JavaScript being off (easy).
• Put the archives up. There is (a) the easy method, (b) the very complicated method or (c) the OK but requires maintenance method for doing this. I expect I'll do either (a) or (c) soon (hopefully this weekend) and start working on (b) in the background. The downside of this is that I may not get (b) finished if I've got some sort of solution in place.
• Move the gallery db for security
• Look at the quotes page. The paid account for quotes that I use to power that is coming to the end of it's life and I don't think I'm going to renew it because I'm not happy with only being able to page back so many times before switching to calendar view - which is a poo way to view quotes. But I really like the easiness of being able to bang quotes into here and then post them up. So I need to either (a) do something clever with the quotes archive or (b) write my own quotes engine complete with client program. I like the idea of (b) but the one thing I'm not sure about is how to connect to any quotes db over the net. Perhaps I should look at the source for this program to get some ideas...
• Try and fiddle with the CSS to get a bit better cross browser functionality. Not having access to IE 5 anymore is really awkward because that seems to be the one having most problems with the design... anyone know a way of downgrading?
• Start a french dictionary using the vocab from the word of the days.

Computer

• Finish installing Linux. I've got a functional debian install in that I have got the command line running properly but I have yet to configure X (screen problems) and I need to do that to run Mozilla. Once I've done that we should be cooking.
• Go through my photos. Go through and name the latest lot of photos and delete dups. Work out a better organisation for photos on the website and rotate them a bit more.
• Go through email, file stuff I need to keep and delete the rest.

Perhaps this evening I might slump upstairs with the computer, rather than downstairs with the TV
