Are very annoying indeed. Particularly Project and Project Central. Grrr. I hate them. I've finally narrowed down the problem I'm having connecting up the web server and the file server to the permissions on the generic access account which (even more annoyingly) I can't set myself. I need to try and get the man from Sec Ops to understand what the problem is so that he can go in and fix it for me. Never a fun way to spend an afternoon. What I need is a hug. A big huge one.

And more willpower. I seem to be unable to actually stick to my diet at the moment. I wonder if its because I'm more tired so I'm more likely to give into things. Could be. Unfortunately there's not a lot I can do about that at the moment. The company claim they're ordering me a laptop and ISDN line but this is seeming more and more unlikely as both have so far failed to materialize. Bastards.

MS Project cuts socks in Hell!

I haven't seen an order for either laptop or ISDN I'm afraid, and both will have to be signed off via me... I think we're trying to avoid buying new stuff anyway, you're more likely to get an old one rebuilt.

Laptops

Grrr. Benedict said he ordered a couple a while back, one of which was for me but they still haven't come in yet every time I ask. I wouldn't mind a rebuilt one to be honest - just so long as it can pretty much run FP and stuff like that it doesn't matter too much. When I finally get my One-to-one with Paul I'll ask him whats going on with it - make him squirm a bit :) I have to say though that the whole thing has put me rather back into the 'finish Microsoft exams then look for something else' frame of mind. The only problem with that is finishing the MS exams :)

I haven't seen an order for any laptops, although it may have come in while I was on holiday?

I may be able to sort you out with a rebuilt one - but speak to Benedict first.
