Emptied of expectation. Relax. ([personal profile] tinyjo) wrote2002-04-17 11:35 am

One of the guys in our group is wandering round clutching a magazine called "Dresdner Banker"! I can only assume it's got reviews of what the smart employee is wearing this season. Honestly - who reads these things? Well, apart from this guy.

Was thinking last night as I came from the pub that I finally seem to have kicked the crisp thing a bit. Now the question is, is it too soon to be safe having a few Pringles at the sleepover on Saturday? One Pringle so often turns into a whole tube... :) Still, I'm really looking forward to having the girls round again. We'll have something nice for dinner and then there'll be crisps and sweeties (lovehearts!) and silly games, giggling and ape noises. You'd think that Alex would hate it but he always comes along and watches us with an amused smile. Him and Suz both need a bit of cheering up at the moment so it'll be good for them.

M&S (again) does low fat crisp/snack things.

That was Roger, with the magazine, wasn't it? It was the 'wearing' bit that gave it away...

Actually, it was Louis. The picture on the front cover was what triggered the 'wearing' :) Now, the question is, can I be arsed to drag self over to M&S?

(Note to self: if answer is no then I obviously don't really want any crisps)

Try the spicy stars if you do...

I could have got you some actually, I was over there earlier. Ho hum. Will ask next time.
