24hr famine

Well, I've taken the plunge and sent the sponsorship form out. I'm now committed to doing a 24 hr famine on Dec 31st - seemed appropriate somehow as everyone will be counting down to midnight :) This is all to raise money for my friend Suz who is going out to Turkey next year to teach English and stuff to the deprived children - I feel that it's the least I can do.

My company will match the money pound for pound so if anyone wants to sponsor me, mail me and let me know - I'll write you down on my list.

Well, I spose you could make it harder on yourself and fast on Christmas day -- fasting means no alcohol either, presumably? You really will be counting down to midnight!

Yup - I shall be going along to the new years party with my teabags :) Still, at least it'll keep me behaving myself!
