All that willpower worked - I've lost another pound, which means that I've now lost over a stone! I'm a third of the way to my goal. This afternoon, there is sticky chocoate pudding, biscuits for cheese, crisps, bread and carrot sticks in the kitchen. I'm sticking to the carrot sticks.
