Well, a busy birthday so far. At least the world decided to finally back of with the freezing cold weather for a couple of days - thank god for cloudy and mild! I found that today I could cycle to work without getting puffed out particularly which I don't seem to be able to do in the sub-zero level temperatures.

I got a book on How to Become a Cat Whisperer from Alex's mum! I'll let you know if Cassie and I get onto a new plane of communication :) And another cocktail shaker - this time a big one with recipes on the side - which we'll be christening on Saturday.

Tonight, I'll actually be having nice birthday as Alex takes me out for dinner and hugs (which means arms around me, holding me etc, OK you lot! Sheesh!) followed by Buffy, Angel and more hugs ... perfect :)

Yes - Alex said it had been mentioned at the pub. The amount of times I mention hugs though, we'd have been at it like rabbits! Remember that we are lazy people :)
