I'm becoming convinced that the MS knowledge base and stuff are designed to be buggy in Mozilla on purpose! For example, I can't find a way to get to the advanced search options using Mozilla - the link takes you somewhere different than it does with IE.

I wouldn't be surprised, given that Microsoft make MSDN pages look crap in mozilla. I have to say, however, that my particular brand of cynicism leads me to suspect that this is mostly incompetence.
This is another example of microsoft.com pages that use server-side browser sniffing to serve crud to mozilla when it could cope just fine with the same code as IE gets.
This is what happens when you try to use browser sniffing to serve different code to every browser under the sun...

Given that Microsoft alledgedly supports the HTML and XHTML standards, it'd be better if they should be just writing standards compliant code and then leaving it to the brower to interpret correctly. But then of course, Mozilla would get it right (and IE might even get it wrong), and they couldn't have that!
Thanks for the links though - I'm going to download the thing for changing user agent on the fly. Very cunning.
