Well, I am pretty nearly fully well again. I am also pleased to report that having the day off work on Friday seemed to do the trick as I wasn't forced to be anti social for the whole weekend (although I didn't make it to Oxfam either, which was a bit annoying). Even better, despite having fondue on Saturday and a very chilled out lunch with Sadie & T on Sunday I didn't put on weight and even managed to lose a couple of pounds.

A propitious start to the week, I hope. Here's hoping it carries on...
