Ah the joys of strange Japanese anime :) I love Cartoon Network - can't wait to get it at home.

I've only seen a couple of eps of this but the gist (as I understand it) is that its about a group who look very much like innocent Japanese schoolgirls but who actually sail the planets (don't ask me why the Moon gets a sailor - I know it's not a planet) and fight evil in some way. Basically I like it cos it's weird and kitch and confusing. cleanskies can probably explain it a lot better than I can.
