New Boots Redux

Thanks to a thoughtful comment from white_hart to let me know that my lovely boots were in the sales, I am now the proud owner of not one but 2 extra pairs as they had the camel coloured ones in the Debenhams branch of Faith as well! Thanks, white_hart!

Would it be most rude to ask how wide they are in the calf? I can never get bootses to fit there either...

Not at all - one of the reasons I was so thrilled to find them was that they actually do up, which almost no other boots ever have. So, measuring round at the top point they're 15 inches. They go about half way up my calves, which measure just under 16 inches at the thickest point.
